From ladies bootcamps, kids self defence and boxercise right through to strength and conditioning, kettle bells and parent child sessions, we cater for everyone. We don’t just print a timetable, we constantly change our classes and offerings to keep up with the trends and demands from our members. We’re very proud of our classes as they bring people from all over the area into the gym together with one thing inc common, to get fit and feel great. Some great friendships have also forged along the way!

Our ladies bootcamp is our pride and joy here at the gym. Consistently booked up, we need to continue adding more and more to keep up with demand. Running on Saturdays, our ladies team up and undertake a 4 week body transformation course, guaranteed to give you results.
Self Defence for Kids
One of the newest additions to our timetable is the kids self defence class headed up by Tom Corrigill. This non-contact class takes the little ones through a course utilising the fitness principles and techniques used in self defence. Some of the mums and dads find it a great way to get down to the gym when they are looking after the kids!
Strength and Condition – 4 Week Programme
Another recent addition, the strength and conditioning 4 week course. Led by our very own Nathan, this course is designed to increase muscular strength whilst reshaping the body. All experience levels are welcome and some of the members have seen fantastic results already!
